What is the PSNI 31/9 form?
In Northern Ireland, some smoke products need police consent before they can be sold to you. You fill in the form online at checkout and we send it to the Explosives Office. Your order is released once consent is granted.
Why do you need my ID?
Smoke products are for over 18s only. You upload a photo of your driving licence or passport at checkout. Only we can see it and it's deleted once your order is complete.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose Collect at checkout and we'll message you to arrange a time in Lurgan, Portadown or Coalisland.
Do you deliver?
Smoke products have special shipping rules, so delivery depends on what you order. We'll confirm the best option after checkout.
How do I pay?
Securely through PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or any debit or credit card.
Do you do bulk or trade orders?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we'll put a price together.
